吲哚乙酸、吲哚丁酸和萘乙酸对大豆幼根生长的影响

摘 要:

以大豆基因型‘HN89’为材料, 设置不同浓度的吲哚乙酸(IAA)、吲哚丁酸(IBA)及萘乙酸(NAA)处理, 研究不同外源生长素对大豆根系生长的影响。结果表明: 低浓度的IAA (0.05和0.5 μmol·L-1)能够促进大豆主根伸长生长及侧根发育;IBA、NAA和高浓度IAA抑制了主/侧根的伸长生长, 使根系发育不良, 生物量下降。这说明不同外源生长素类物质不同程度的调控了大豆根系形态构型。

Effects of Indoleacetic Acid, Indolebutyric Acid and Naphthylacetic Acid on Soybean [Glycine max (L.) Merr] Root Growth

Abstract:

The effects of exogenous auxins on root growth were evaluated using soybean genotype ‘HN89’ as plan materials. The seedlings were treated by different concentrations of indoleacetic acid (IAA), indolebutyric acid (IBA) and naphthylacetic acid (NAA). The results showed that only low concentrations (0.05 and 0.5 µmol·L-1) of IAA could promote both primary root elongation and lateral root development in soybean, IBA, NAA and high concentration of IAA inhibited the elongation of both primary and lateral roots, resulted in ab-normal root development, and subsequently reduced soybean biomass. These results elucidated that different exogenous auxin regulated the soybean root architecture inordinately.
